SLIM CD does not guarantee, represent or warrant that the SLIM CD Services and related features that enable you to detect or minimize fraudulent transactions will discover or prevent all non-valid or fraudulent transactions. SLIM CD provides an automatic batch close feature as a convenience to the merchant and does not guarantee, represent or warrant that the SLIM CD Services will always close batches in a timely manner.
It remains the responsibility of the merchant to check that batches have been closed and transactions have been funded. SLIM CD accepts no liability for transactions that are not batched or for transactions that are batched but are not funded.
You agree that SLIM CD, INC. cannot be held liable for any expenses or loss of revenue that may arise based on use of SLIM CD software or services. Usage of the SLIM CD software and/or services acknowledges your acceptance of these terms.
