- Step 1: Fill out the form below
- Choose how to pay Slim CD
- Provide your company information
- Select which credit cards you wish to accept
- Step 2: Enter your payment information
- Provide your Bank account and routing number

- Step 3: Provide your merchant account information

where to get the below information on this final step.
- Log into your online banking center
- Locate your Merchant Id
- Generate your API Keys
- Copy/Paste those values where requested
